The preliminary architectural project

The preliminary architectural project has two basic parts: the text and the graphic part of it.

1. The letter in part:
   • An overview of the overall content of the project is the numbering of the pages.
   • Terms of the program.
   • A description of the architectural concept.
   • A description of the projected area of their land and the total area of the building.
   • A description of the materials, and architectural elements.
2. Graphic part:
   • The shape of the construction to the parcel and its surroundings.
   • Automobile and pedestrian traffic areas, greenery and landscaping.
   • The basics of all underground and overhead floors, up to and including the base of the roof.
   • At least two of which are characteristic of the normal vertical preseka.
   • All of the facade a chance.
   • Elevations of all dimensions and distances important for the placement of the building in relation to the regulation and construction line.
   • The boundaries of the construction plot, and the surrounding buildings, or the area of the site.
   • Construction elevations, and the total elevations of the building and the drawings with the basics.
   • Elevation levels on the terrain, protected sidewalk, all floors, mezzanines and elevations.
   • The upper crown, and слемето in the works, with the intersections.
   • The surfaces of all of the designed spatial-functional units, and the total surface area along the floors.
   • A description of all of the rooms at their own purposes, and the disposition of the equipment.
