The objectives of the course – An active knowledge of, аналитичен, and a constructive approach to the built and artistic heritage;
– Recognition, selection and evaluation of facts about architectural concepts in a synchronic and diachronic direction;
– Accepting the messages of historical heritage as a factor in building a personal constructive language and culture.
The content of the program The study of the historical and theoretical features of the architecture, urban planning and the arts in Macedonia, from prehistory to the NINETEENTH century, with particular emphasis on:
– The influence of the климатско-geographical, socio-political and religious contexts;
The development and transformations of some of the concepts and architectural typologies;
– Architectural composition and composing;
– Arranged according to the material and technological capabilities;
– Arts-in-Medicine (sculpture, рељеф, ѕидно painting, carving), in relation to the architectural space.

3. Byzantine architecture and art,
4. Postbyzantine architecture and art,
5. The islamic architecture and art,
6. Monumental architecture and the arts during the period of rebirth
7. Cities and towns during a period of rebirth
8. The urban residential architecture.
9. Rural residential architecture.
10. Collective housing, and community facilities (monasteries, schools,...)

Methods of teaching Methods of analysis (comparison, empiricism, generalization, abstraction, chronology),
the methods of synthesis, the method of learning in a realistic context
