| The objectives of the course |
A study of the basic principles of the planning and design of buildings for collective housing. Knowledge of the types of buildings for collective housing, spatial – programming features, the historic and the contemporary context, the development of skills in the design, development, and design. |

1. Group date: the conceptual framework, and the historical, social, and morphological examination. 2. Leisure city, new aspects of the housing. 2.1 Types of hotels: the evolution, genealogy, typology, the selected sample. 2.2 Guidance to the design of the hotel rooms (home, social, technological section). 3.
