The objectives of the program Study and application of principles of architectural planning and design of complex programmatic-spatial configurations on the example of collective housing facilities (housing and education, senior housing, architecture and environment for children).

The development of the art of the architectural design of the complex programmatic and spatial configurations.
The development of the ability to plan and design buildings for collective housing.
An understanding of the global processes of social transformations in the housing, and the special consecuences.

The content of the program An architectural project in the field of group living in a particular subject, physical, and social relationship with the context.

In the process of the design are introduced the categories: context, user, exercise, job, form, structure, infrastructure, and construction.

The project process is comprised of three key stages:
1. The design of the preconcept
2. A test of the preconcept: transformation/rejection
3. The definition of the concept of
