Prerequisites for entering the course According to the study rules and the study program
Course objectives (competences) Introduction to industrial design as an integral part of the design and its core technologies, and the parameters, such as the requirement for a successful shape and design.
The content of the program Concept, definition and brief historical overview; sources and development in global frameworks and in Macedonia; parameters, factors and directions; methodology, goals and principles for applying methodology; basic principles of design research; determining the situation and methods in the research of ideas – brainstorming; form, content and evolution of form in some specific areas; phenomenology of kitsch; STYLING – pragmatism of consumption; basic views and changes from BAUHAUS; design and contemporary culture: 50s or fantasizing modernity, 60s prosperity, good form and consumption, 70s deviation from basic principles, 80s transition and contemporary movements, 90s or for the new beginning, 20th century and affirmation of design.
