| Course objectives (competences) | The acquisition of basic knowledge for an integrated care as a modern and international planned strategy; introduction to the methods used for the controlled development of the protection and management of the built heritage as a factor of social, economic, and cultural empowerment of the local communities. |
| The content of the program |
1. Theoretically, in settings: the development of the concepts of the protection of the built heritage sites – the historical cores, units, terrain, from the protection of the individual objects in the storage of the integrated values of the historic neighborhoods, cultural landscapes; in the international system of documentation for integrated care (Council of Europe, UNESCO, the icrom laboratory). 2. Managing built heritage: the elements of a national, regional, and local policies; the model of the management of the process and the policy of integrated care. 3. Urban planning, and legislation: the built heritage and the development of the plans, the macro-regional, regional, general, thorough, and other projects. 4. International experience: реализации the results. |
