| The objectives of the course |
Introduction to the discipline of management and the management of process systems 1. Manage the development of the project and the project documentation (5th sem.). 2. Management of the construction of the investment objects (6th sem.). |
| Contents |
5. it is expected that: Introduction the management and operation of the process systems, laws, and regulations; investment project participants; methods of project management. pre-project and procedures; the kinds of terms with documents (the default project, and the project for the construction project to the done status); a review of the projects, the permit for the building.
6. it is expected that: The management of construction investment items; legal framework; a set of strategies for the management, organization and methods of planning Gantogram, WBS, network planning); used in construction and the assessment of the costs, the organization of the site; financial activities, and resolving disputes; the technical compliance and approval; construction equipment; the development of strategies in management. |
