As a prerequisite of registration Conservation and Restoration of Built Heritage
The objectives of the course Introduction to the techniques and procedures for integrated protection and sustainable development of the built heritage, the architectural and the urban level, the development of a proposal for a major in architecture or historical groups.
The content of the program The first part aims to introduce students to: integrated protection as a concept, its principles and policies in an administrative, financial, social, educational and self-sustaining perspective. The second part refers to the methods used in revitalization – for architectural heritage and historical cores, with an emphasis on program and project ethics, permitted interventions and self-sustainability. The third part deals with European and global experiences and implementations.
Methods of teaching The audio-visual lectures, site visits, work organizations, the terms of the synthesis.
