| The objectives of the course | Introduction to the legislation that regulates spatial and urban planning, the implementation of plans, spatial planning and construction. Introduction to the legislation that is essential for the professional activities of the architect, planner, designer, inspector, supervisor, auditor, contractor and investor. |
| The content of the program | Constitutional framework for planning, regulation and protection of the environment. Spatial plan and implementation of the spatial plan. Urban planning and regulation of space. Construction land, agricultural land, forests and waters. Land for general use, public roads, infrastructures and communal activities. Ownership and property rights, cadastre and expropriation. Protection of cultural heritage, environment and nature. Construction and participation in construction: design, audit, construction, investment, inspection. Obligatory relations, administrative procedure, trade companies, taxes, copyright, professional ethics. |
