The objectives of the program The acquisition of a basic knowledge of the system of urban planning, and the context in which it is implemented.
Introduction to the methods and techniques of the urban analysis, programming, and urban planning.
The acquisition of basic knowledge on the different types of spatial plans for their content.
Contents

In the winter semester study: the system of urban planning, the participants in the planning process, the planning, and the public interest in the development of the methodology of urban planning, and stages of urban planning.
The recording and analysis of the current state of the players, and the environment, the people, the activities, and the built space.
The strategy of the growth and development of demand.
The strategy of the development of the area.
The projection of the evolution on the population, economic activities, housing, and infrastructure.

In the summer it is expected to be studied: the stages of urban design and the planning of the different targeted groups in the city, the design of the open spaces and the spaces in-sensitive in terms of the disruption to the natural environment,
planning at the regional and local community-focused activities, the planning of the road, and the communal infrastructure.
The implementation of the plan, and the monitoring of its execution, and the changes in the city and the natural environment.

Assignments: assignments by the regulatory services, information, инсолации, the elements of the concrete and the analysis of the urban area of up to 10 ha.
